Boot Camp
Looking for that extra edge? Consider yourself unfit and need to lose body fat? We’re ready if you are! If you’re serious about results, try our invigorating Boot Camp classes. You will become strong, slim, and lean with resistance training exercises. You will improve the functionality of your heart and lungs and increase endurance and overall fitness levels with our cardiovascular training. You will boost energy, reduce stress, improve your posture, and be prepared for the demands of everyday life with our functional total body workouts.

Offered in our fully-equipped gym or outdoors (weather permitting) - you will never miss a class due to weather conditions. Work out in a small group of 12 people or less.

Due to our Boot Camp class popularity, we recommend reserving your spot in advance of a class. No need to arrive extra early - we offer a phone-in reservation service 1 hour prior to the start of each class time.

Include both Boot Camp and Spinning classes in your routine and you’re sure to have a winning combination! You will see RESULTS faster!
